Do y’all remember those word puzzles from childhood that were a series of pictures placed together to make words? I can’t remember what they were called, but they looked like this:
These puzzles were often part of our Sunday morning children’s bulletin. They usually spelled out the names of Bible characters.
Is this type of puzzle called a rebus? Does anyone know?
Anyway…let’s try one.
First word: Chocolate
Second Word: Quinoa
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (1/4 cup uncooked quinoa)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbs. cocoa powder
- sweetener to taste
- toppings of choice (I used bananas and shredded coconut)
- Combine quinoa, milk, sweetener, and cocoa powder in an airtight bowl. Stir and seal. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add toppings and enjoy!
