Rainbow Pizza

Rainbow Pizza

A few months ago, I subscribed to a YouTube channel called Eat the Pizza.

On every episode, Christian and Alyssia create uniquely-flavored pizzas or pizza-flavored things.  One challenge they haven’t tackled (but definitely should) is revamping a frozen pizza.

To celebrate St. Patrick’s day (and National Frozen Food Month), I overhauled a frozen pizza to look like a rainbow.

I am so proud of how beautiful it is!

If St. Patrick’s day and National Frozen Food Month aren’t enough motivation for you to make pizza, then let me remind you that it’s March 14 (i.e. 3.14).  It’s Pi Day! (and pizza is definitely a pie!).

  • 1 frozen pizza
  • a variety of vegetables in every color.  I used:
    • Red tomatoes
    • Orange bell peppers
    • Yellow corn
    • Green spinach
    • Blue potatoes
    • Purple (red) onion

  • Finely chop all toppings.  Arrange on pizza in reverse rainbow order, starting at the center of the pizza. (purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red)
  • Bake pizza according to box instructions
  • Eat and enjoy!

P.S. I am linking up with Angie and her cohosts (Laurena @ Life Diet Health and Alex @ Turks Who Eatfor Fiesta Friday.

  1. So many reasons to eat pizza! I love the idea of revamping something frozen, looks delish 😀 Thanks for sharing at FF!
