July 26 is National Coffee Milkshake Day
My favorite thing about working at a coffee shop in college was making turtle frappes. I enjoyed decorating the clear cups with chocolate and caramel sauce and squirting mountains of whipped cream on top.
I hope that you celebrate National Coffee Milkshake Day with a few extra spirals of whipped cream.
- 1/4 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Drink and enjoy!
