Top Ten Tuesday: W is for Whiny

Top Ten Tuesday

If there’s one thing I’m good at, it’s complaining.

  • I’m tired of sitting.
  • The lesson is boring.
  • The WiFi is inconsistent.
  • Gas is expensive.
  • Traffic is slow.
  • I’m hungry.

Yep, I could whine your ears off.  The following ten verses are intended for me.

Ten Verses for When You Feel Whiny

1. Philippians 2:14-16

Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.

2. 1 Peter 4:9

3. I Thessalonians 5:17-18

8. Daniel 4:35
